Ashka's founder grew up spending summers on his grandfather's raisin farm in Turkey, among vineyards warmed by the Mediterranean sun. Watching grapes dry slowly into raisins, he learned that simple, natural ingredients could nourish both body and spirit — a quiet lesson in health, patience and tradition.
